Cipher Challenge

The fourth secret key is the 101st number of the fibonacci sequence. Before you decode this one, Make sure that you delete the leading and ending letter "b" in all words that have them. Almost there.

Cipher 1: This Cipher has 3 keys that need to be used in order for this message to make sense. Upon finding the correct key, at least one word will reveal itself. Careful of punctuation and grammar, I use them improperly to confuse you even more. The total of all 3 keys in Cipher one is the first key to cipher two, which does not follow the same rules.

Part two of the encryption challenge:

I offered my high school group 50 dollars to crack this cipher. I can't do that for you college students. This is just a challenge. The cipher below has several parts. You can only win by breaking the entire encryption and then by providing the all of the complete keys to me in a secret digital place that will reveal itself when you finish the challenge. This will require you to do some of your own research as I might have not taught you all of the ciphers used below as well as apply a great many things that we learned in class. I do hope you were paying attention. You will need the plaintext from the previous cipher as it provides you a hint as to the first key. Make sure you use all three lines of the text that has a bird in it and remove all of the spaces.
